Harry Avci

Harry leads the creative and content side of HF Partners. With a background in photography, videography and visual storytelling, he has worked across concerts, events, branding, product campaigns and business content. His experience includes creating content for brands, capturing world-class artists and working as a PhotoPass Photographer at Walt Disney World.

At HF Partners, Harry is responsible for creative direction, content strategy, brand positioning and ensuring every piece of content serves a purpose. His approach goes beyond making content look good. He focuses on creating content that connects with audiences, strengthens brands and supports long-term business growth.

Farhan Islam

Farhan leads the systems and operations side of HF Partners. With a background in engineering, automation and digital systems, he focuses on building the structure that helps businesses grow consistently. His experience spans workflow design, website development, performance tracking and operational systems, giving him a strong understanding of how process and structure support long-term growth.

At HF Partners, Farhan is responsible for operational strategy, content workflows and the systems that keep client delivery running smoothly. His approach is centred around creating clear processes that improve consistency, provide greater visibility and help businesses stay organised as they grow.
